Effective date: 2026-08-10. SoundBoard ("we", "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law. This page explains how to report infringing content and how to file a counter-notice.
1. Designated agent. To report copyright infringement on SoundBoard (the "Service") at https://soundboardshop.com, send your notice to our copyright agent by email at [email protected]. Please include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line.
2. Filing a copyright complaint. Your notice must include: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed; (3) the exact URL or sufficient information to locate the infringing material on our Service; (4) your name, address, telephone number, and email address; (5) a good-faith statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
3. What we do after receiving a notice. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the material and make a good-faith effort to notify the user who posted it.
4. Counter-notice. If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] containing: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal; (3) a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury that the removal or disabling was a mistake or misidentification; and (4) your name, address, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within 10–14 business days.
5. Repeat infringers. We terminate repeat infringers' access to the Service in appropriate circumstances, in our sole discretion.
6. Misrepresentation. Knowingly materially misrepresenting that content infringes may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
